I thought, I thought, how to make the workpiece as useful as possible, and even quick to prepare, and I came up with. Now I'm sharing the recipe with you. Cooking Applesauce without Sugar

Ingredients:

My cooking method:

1. Wash the apples, peel, remove the seed nest and put into the container

2. Add water and bring our apples to a boil


3. Cook until soft (I had 7 minutes), stirring occasionally

4. Without removing from the heat, make mashed potatoes (you can use a mashed potato press, but in this case apple slices will remain, and the mashed potatoes will not be homogeneous)


5. Bring the mashed potatoes to a boil and immediately remove from heat


Done! As you can see, everything is simple, fast and as useful as possible, how much a thermally processed product can be useful at all. The good news is that it is of home origin, without any additives and preservatives :)
