  1. To cook the fried mushrooms with potatoes, you first need to thoroughly wash the forest mushrooms, clean them from debris and soak for 3 days in cold water. With the help of such a simple but lengthy procedure, you can not only eliminate the bitterness, but also free porous caps from insects that decided to settle in them.
  2. After soaking, the mushrooms should be removed from the water and cleaned with a stiff brush, if necessary. Now you need to boil the breasts. Pour raw forest products with cold water, salt and cook until boiling. Then hold them in a boiling broth for another 20 minutes and remove them from the water. The mushrooms will need to drain, you can dry them with paper towels.
  3. Free onions from the husk, and try to thoroughly peel the potatoes. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and turn the potatoes into small, neat cubes.

We take the pickled mushrooms out of the jar, transfer to a sieve, rinse slightly under running water and cut into strips no more than 1 cm.


We send the pan to the stove, pour refined vegetable oil and heat it well. Reduce the heat to medium and send the mushrooms to fry. Pickled mushrooms during frying will splatter and shoot, so it is advisable to cover the pan with a lid or mesh from the spray.

In a pan with hot vegetable oil, we send onions to fry.

The dish is prepared very simply.

Ingredients:

1. Mushrooms, black - 300 grams
  2. Sour cream - 150 grams
  3. Garlic - 1 small clove
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Butter - 30 grams
  6. Onions - 1 piece
  6. Black pepper, ground - to taste
  7. Blackcurrant leaf - 1 piece

Cooking:

1. We take breasts, wash them carefully from garbage. Cut into pieces, throw in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, drain the water, rinse the breasts, put back into the pan, add the currant leaf and cook for another 30 minutes. After two brews, the bitterness of my breasts disappeared. I advise you to cook mushrooms in plenty of water.

  2. How to fry black mushrooms: in a frying pan we heat butter, put finely chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes. Add fried mushrooms to the fried onion, fry for another 7 minutes.

  3. Add the sour cream and the clove of garlic squeezed or grated on a fine grater into the fried mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook the dish for another 5 minutes and turn it off.

  Our breasts in sour cream are ready. Such breasts will be good both with boiled potatoes and rice or as an independent snack.

  P.S. Instead of onions, I took shallots, it is more delicate and its consistency, personally, I like more. When I cook mushrooms, in any case I add blackcurrant leaves, they combine very well with mushrooms.
