Sprinkle with flour and stir quickly. Then pour in the potato broth and add sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly. Bring to a boil and turn off. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Mash the potatoes lightly with a potato masher. Place potatoes on a plate and top with meat sauce. A simple and tasty, easy to prepare dish.

Baked potato wedges

Ingredients:

four large potatoes;

three tablespoons of vegetable oil;

¼ teaspoon sea salt;

¼ teaspoon garlic powder;

¼ teaspoon paprika;

¼ teaspoon black pepper;

two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley leaves;

40-50 grams of finely grated hard cheese (such as Parmesan);

two cups of ice cubes.

Wash five potatoes in their skins, put them in a saucepan and cook until tender.

Mix everything, season with ground pepper and, if necessary, salt. Cut the boiled potatoes lengthwise and place in a greased pan. Spread each potato with garlic oil and place in an oven preheated to 250 degrees.

Cooking time is 10-15 minutes (if jacket potatoes are cooked in advance). A bright sauce will do the trick!

Shepherd's Potato Pie with Lamb

Ingredients:

onion - one piece;

carrots - 200 grams;

potatoes - 600 grams;

chopped lamb (or minced meat) - 500 grams;

vegetable oil - two tablespoons;

flour - one tablespoon;

butter - 25 grams;

low-fat cream - 150 milliliters;

dried ground herbs - 0.5 teaspoon;

tomato juice - 250 milliliters;

ground black pepper, salt.

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Mash into a puree, adding cream and butter. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and sauté until the onion is soft.

Add chopped lamb (minced meat) to the pan with vegetables. Stir and fry over medium heat until the meat is browned. Stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, add flour. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in tomato juice, herbs, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Transfer the meat and vegetables to a large baking dish. Place mashed potatoes on top of meat and vegetables. Fluff the surface with a fork.

Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Two minutes before cooking, you can turn on the grill mode. Let the cake cool slightly before cutting it into portions.

Potato casserole with fish

Ingredients:

six potatoes;

450 grams of fish fillet;

one zucchini;

one bell pepper;

100 milliliters of cream;

Cut raw peeled potatoes into small slices. Cut onion, zucchini (without peel), pepper into rings. Fish - pieces. Add spices for cooking fish to the cream and add some salt. Finely chop the greens.

Grease a baking dish with margarine. Place in the following order: potatoes (lightly salted), onions, fish, zucchini. Pour cream over all stacked products. Spread mayonnaise on top with a spoon, sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on it, and decorate with pepper rings on top.

Potato pie with mozzarella and salami

Ingredients:

600 grams of large potatoes;

50 grams of melted butter;

450 grams of ready-made puff pastry;

two tablespoons of parsley;

100 grams of salami, cut into large strips;

one ball of mozzarella, thinly sliced;

five finely chopped hard-boiled eggs;

100 milliliters of sour cream;

salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cook potatoes with skins in boiling salted water until almost done, leave to cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices five millimeters thick.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a springform pie pan with a little melted butter. Place the rolled out dough into the pan so that it extends beyond the edges of the pan and brush with melted butter.

Salt and pepper the boiled potatoes to taste. Place half of the portion overlapping on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle half a portion of chopped parsley on top. Then add half a portion of salami, also overlapping like fish scales, and a layer of half a portion of mozzarella. Sprinkle the cheese with finely chopped eggs. Place sour cream on top and sprinkle with a teaspoon of water.

Add another layer of salami, then mozzarella, sprinkle with remaining parsley and add potatoes as the last layer. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the filling with any dough that overhangs the edges of the pan and brush with the remaining melted butter. Bake and eat with absolute pleasure!

Potatoes in bacon

Ingredients:

10 medium-sized potatoes;

20 strips of bacon;

a bunch of fresh herbs;

For the sauce:

25 grams of butter;

250 milliliters of broth (any or water);

one tablespoon of flour;

100 milliliters of sour cream;

salt and ground black pepper;

juice of half a lemon.

Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins until tender, cool slightly, and peel them. Place two strips of bacon crosswise on the table side by side, place the potatoes on them, wrap them and place them in the pan, seam side down. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for ten minutes.

For the sauce: heat the oil, add flour and grind. Pour in the broth a little at a time, stirring immediately to avoid lumps forming. Let the sauce boil, then remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice. Pour this sauce over the potatoes and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

feta cheese - 250 grams;

cottage cheese - 250 grams;

potatoes - five large tubers;

Fry the onion until golden brown. Place foil on a baking sheet. Crumble the cheese into a bowl, add cottage cheese and sour cream, add salt and pepper, and mix well. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place it on foil in a two-centimeter layer and fill it with the curd mixture. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then place the fried onions on top and place the dish in the oven again for 10 minutes.

Potato “in a hat”

Ingredients:

five large potatoes;

parsley;

lard,

250 grams of minced meat;

clove of garlic.

Boil five large potatoes, cut crosswise “at the waist,” scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving a half-centimeter border. Mix some of the pulp with chopped parsley.

In a frying pan, fry the chopped lard into small cubes, add 250 grams of any raw minced meat, a crushed clove of garlic. Add salt, pepper, stir thoroughly and fry.

Fill the potato “baskets” with this meat mixture, and place the remaining pulp with parsley on top and cover the potatoes with this “cap”. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a hot oven until the cheese is golden brown.
