We are preparing a chicken fillet roll with hard cheese and sweet pepper for the holiday table. We twist the meat into minced meat. We choose any hard cheese, but with a fat content of at least 45%.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g.
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Fresh herbs - 2–3 sprigs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking chicken roll with cheese and sweet pepper

We pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder or chop it by hand.

Place the minced meat in a work bowl, add the egg, salt and pepper, and mix.

Add breadcrumbs. Mix.

Place the minced meat on a sheet of foil. Cover with cling film. Roll out the minced meat with a rolling pin into a layer 7–8 mm thick. Remove the film.

Cut the pepper into strips. We chose red for contrast.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Combine cheese with chopped herbs. Mix.

Place the cheese and herbs on a layer of minced chicken. Spread pepper on top.

We roll the roll, helping ourselves with the foil base. Wrap the edges tightly. Place the dough on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for 40–45 minutes.

Remove the finished chicken roll from the foil. When it cools down a little, cut into portions and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Cheese – approximately 50 g
  • Parsley - a small bunch
  • Salad leaves (for serving)

1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 parts, remove the skin, remove the bones. Wrap the chicken fillet in cling film and carefully beat it on both sides, being careful not to tear it. The result should be thin and long plates of chicken meat, which need to be salted and peppered. If desired, you can sprinkle the chicken with your favorite spices.


2. Let's start filling for future rolls. To do this, finely chop the garlic, chop a bunch of parsley with a knife (or tear the greens with your hands).


3. Cut the bell pepper into thin and long strips, then fry until soft. It is better to take a bright red pepper, because with it the finished rolls will look most impressive, but you can make a kind of “mix” by mixing peppers of different shades.


4. We begin to form rolls. Spread a mixture of garlic and parsley on the chicken meat, place cheese slices and fried pepper slices on top.


5. Carefully roll the chicken fillet into a “tube”, holding the filling with your fingers. We tie the finished rolls with thread so that they do not lose their shape during cooking.


6. First, fry the chicken rolls in a frying pan until golden brown, and then put them in the oven (temperature 180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.


7. Cut the finished rolls into thin rings, first getting rid of the thread. Place on a flat plate covered with lettuce leaves.


You can serve rolls with peppers as an appetizer, or you can add chicken meat as a side dish and serve it as a hot dish. Bon appetit!

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and beat it. Rub the meat with a mixture of pressed garlic (1 clove), salt, a mixture of peppers and curry. Leave the meat to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the chicken rolls. Cut the pepper into small cubes, add finely chopped onion and garlic through a press. Add a little salt and pepper mixture and fry lightly with a little olive oil.

3. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream with adjika and stir until smooth. Brush the mixture onto each chicken slice.

4. Wash the fresh bell pepper and cut it into small pieces.

5. Now prepare the filling. Combine crushed bell peppers, grated cheese and pickled jalapenos in a bowl. Stir and pour the resulting filling onto the chicken fillet.

6. Roll the fillet pieces into tight rolls, grease them with refined oil and roll them thoroughly in breadcrumbs and place them on a prepared baking sheet.

7. Bake chicken rolls until fully cooked for about 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

8. Then cool them and cut them into thin slices.

9. Serve with baked potatoes and fresh herbs.
