Cut the black bread into small portion squares and spread each one with cream cheese. Place a piece of lightly salted salmon on top.

First, let's prepare the sauces:

Shrimp sauce

2. Add sour cream, stir. Then add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Pour in the wine and reduce it by one third.

4. Add fish stock and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Mix everything with a blender until smooth.
