The sandwiches are sweet. Sweet sandwiches “Sunny. Omelet on bread

1. Prepare ingredients for sandwiches.

2. Cut 4 slices of loaf (mine are about 8 mm thick). Squeeze out circles from each piece using a wine glass. If you have enough loaf (bread), you can use a mug with a larger diameter than a wine glass.

It turned out to be 4 bread mugs.

3. Wash the apple under water, wipe dry, core and cut into small cubes.

4. Place the frying pan on low heat and add a piece butter(15 g).

When the butter has melted, add the apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the apples become soft (but don’t overcook, we don’t want porridge).

Place the finished apples on a plate and let them cool slightly.

5. In the same frying pan, without turning off the heat, put the remaining butter (15 g) and lay out the pieces of loaf. Fry them lightly on one side (only 1-2 minutes) and remove them to a dish with the unfried side down, let them cool slightly (I apologize, but somewhere the photo of this step was lost in the recipe).
6. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

7. Place apples on the fried side of the circles,

and carefully place the cheese on top.

8. Carefully transfer the prepared sandwiches to the same frying pan, cover with a lid and keep on low heat until the cheese melts. This will take 3-4 minutes.
Hot sandwiches are ready.

For those who may doubt how apples and cheese go together, rest assured, these products are great friends with each other. I was pleasantly surprised by these sandwiches. A fried loaf in butter is so aromatic and tasty, and on top of that there are apples with melted cheese! Delicious!

By the way, you can use microwave, but lately I've been cooking hot sandwiches over low heat in a covered frying pan. I liked it that way. And, by the way, if you remove the butter, just put apples on the loaf and sprinkle with cheese, you’ll get a snack that’s more gentle on our figures. But I prefer it with butter.
