  • Loaf – 8 slices
  • Cheese (hard variety) - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 60 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves or to taste

Preparation:

First, let's prepare the sauce. To do this, add garlic passed through a press to the mayonnaise. It can also be grated on a fine grater. Mix.

Ingredients (for 1 can of sprat):

  1. 2-3 kiwis;
  2. White bread;
  3. Half a small red onion;

  5. Butter (50 grams);
  6. 3 tablespoons of thick mayonnaise;
  7. Lemon juice (1 teaspoon).

Cooking method:

Cut the white bread into half a centimeter thick slices. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees, dry the pieces of white bread in it until a nice golden crust forms. Remove the bread from the oven and cool.

Remove the peel and core from the apple. Cut the pulp into thin slices. To avoid darkening, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Carefully remove the skin from the kiwi. Cut into thin circles as in the photo. It is important to avoid hard edges so that the sprat sandwiches remain soft.

Drain the oil from the sprat and mash the fish thoroughly with a fork. Chop the onion. If the onion is white, then it is best to pour boiling water over it and then immediately place it in a bowl of very cold water. Then the bitterness will go away.
