Next, fruits cut into slices are added, always without peeling, so that the taste is as delicate as possible. Just sprinkle powdered sugar on top or pour chocolate icing.

Although this is a simple pie with pears in the oven, believe me, there is no shame in serving it to guests. If you're planning a friendly get-together, there's nothing better than delicious food. homemade pie for tea. Your guests will definitely appreciate it.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar – 250 g
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar - to taste
  • Kefir – 130 g
  • Wheat flour – 165 g
  • Slaked soda – 0.25 tsp
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g
  • Pears – 3 pcs.
  • Butter or margarine - for greasing the pan

How to cook pear pie in the oven

First I do quick dough on kefir for pie. To do this, beat the eggs into a mixer bowl or just a deep bowl and add sugar. Then you can work either with a regular whisk or with a mixer. I chose the second option to make it faster.

Therefore, I beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes until fluffy and the sugar is completely dissolved. It is better to beat them at high speed with a mixer to make the mass even fluffier. Then I add kefir and mix.

Then I add vanilla sugar, flour and soda slaked with vinegar. By the way, baking soda can be replaced with baking powder, but then I increase its amount to 1 tsp. It is advisable to sift the flour before adding, as this also affects the final result.

I pour in last vegetable oil, which must be refined and without a strong odor. Generally in sweet pastries I do not recommend adding homemade vegetable oil, especially when it has a strong characteristic odor. I tried to do it with regular and refined ones, that’s why I warn you that the difference is huge.

Mix everything again and it's done. The consistency is quite liquid, but that’s what we need. The main thing is to add flour in the exact amount indicated and everything will work out. As you can see, this recipe for pear pie is quick hand and does not take much time.

Now I prepare the pears by peeling them and removing the core and seeds. Then I just cut them into slices. For me they are sweet and juicy, so they are ideal for such baking. It is imperative to peel the peel; do not leave it if you want your baked goods to be as tasty as possible.

Grease the baking pan butter or margarine, and pour it into it ready dough. Next, I carefully lay out the pear slices, next to each other, but so that there are gaps between them. Or you can do it a little differently, first pour half of the dough into the mold, then lay out the slices and pour the remaining dough on top. This is how it will turn out delicious jellied pie with pears on kefir.

I heat the oven to 200 degrees and put my quick pie on kefir. Baking time 30 – 35 minutes. I always check the readiness with a wooden splinter, which comes out completely dry from the finished baked goods. I sprinkle it with plenty of powdered sugar on top, and you can also fill it with cooked chocolate glaze, if desired. To make it more convenient to remove it from the mold, it is better to take it with detachable sides.

The result was a dense, heavy dough.

This dough should be rolled out thinly with a rolling pin and then placed in a mold, which must first be greased with oil.

Now the dough needs to be put in the refrigerator so that it becomes denser, colder, and in general, so that everything is cool for us. 20 minutes is enough.

Now let's start filling

Essentially, here we prepare the flour mass again, and only then the filling.

Mix warm butter with sugar and egg. The sugar should dissolve.

Combine the flour with baking powder, and then add to the sugar-egg mixture. Mix well - ready!

Well, now we come to the chocolate cream.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, place it on the stove and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir constantly.

Place the chocolate broken into pieces in a separate deep bowl. Pour in the hot cream and stir gently until the chocolate melts.

Now you need to actively beat with a whisk until it has a creamy, fluffy consistency. Add grated or ground nuts.

That's not all! Pour this cream over the previously prepared dough (not the one in the refrigerator!). Mix everything again.

Now the final stage is filling, shaping and baking.

Got it chilled dough, spread the chocolate-butter dough on it in an even layer.

Wash the pears, remove stems and any seeds. Cut into thin slices or small cubes.

Hide part of the sliced pear deep into the pie, and it is advisable to cover the top with beautiful thin slices, which will give not only taste, but also aesthetics.

All that remains is to sprinkle with nuts (almonds, peanuts, whatever!) and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. You can check readiness with a match. Pierced the pie - did the dough stick to the match? So it's not ready yet!
