  • Chicken liver - 400 g
  • Crab sticks - 200 g
  • Bulb
  • Cheese - 150 g
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Mayonnaise, salt, parsley
  • Water - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

Pre-cook the liver and eggs, then grate them.

Chop the crab sticks.

Cut the onion into strips and marinate for 20 minutes. (Make marinade from water, vinegar and sugar).

Lay the salad in layers, coating with mayonnaise. You can lay out the layers in the following sequence: liver, onions, eggs, crab sticks and corn. Last layer- grated cheese and garnish with parsley.

Salad "Obzhorka" with fried liver, mushrooms, carrots

The salad is especially healthy thanks to the mushrooms. It is appetizing with a pleasant smell of mushrooms and fried onions.

Ingredients:

  • Beef liver - 500 g
  • Mushrooms (fresh or frozen) - 300 g
  • Pickled cucumbers, carrots - 200 g each
  • Onion - 150 g
  • Sunflower oil - 60 ml
  • Mayonnaise -100 g
  • Spices, salt - to taste
  • Kefir (for soaking the liver) - 250 ml

Preparation:

Clean the liver from large veins and films, cut into pieces. Then pour in kefir and leave for several hours. Without rinsing off the kefir, fry the liver pieces in oil for 5-7 minutes, add salt, add spices and fry for a few more minutes. Peel the champignons (other mushrooms) and chop finely.

Cut the cucumbers and onions into strips, grate the carrots. Fry the onion with mushrooms and carrots.

Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mix everything well.

If you like spicier dishes, prepare a salad with liver and pickled cucumbers, add more pepper and your favorite seasonings.
