Place a glass in the center of a flat plate. Place pieces of chicken fillet around, pressing lightly so that the base of the salad is dense. Lubricate with mayonnaise.







Cover the chicken fillet with cucumber straws. We make a mesh from mayonnaise. If you grate the cucumbers, to prevent the salad from dripping, lightly squeeze the shavings and then place them in the salad.





Sprinkle the cucumbers with grated cheese and chopped nuts. We also grease this layer with mayonnaise, but a little, so that the kiwi slices are firmly fixed.





Cover the salad with kiwi slices, pressing lightly. When the salad is decorated, carefully remove the glass. Place the plate with salad in the refrigerator to soak for half an hour. If you are preparing a large portion, it will take at least an hour to soak. I think you'll like this one just as delicious.

  • chicken breast fillet – 1 pc. (300-400 g);
  • kiwi – 2-3 pcs.;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • hard (semi-hard) cheese – 100 g;
  • carrots – 1 pc. (average);
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • salt – 2 pinches.

How to prepare Emerald Bracelet salad

Put the eggs to boil; they will be hard-boiled after 7-9 minutes in boiling water. Wash the carrots and boil or bake in their skins until soft, usually this takes 20-30 minutes.

Wash and boil the chicken fillet until cooked. To do this, you need to immerse the chicken in boiling water, after boiling again, add salt and, if desired, add spices (bay leaf, peeled garlic clove, a few peas of black and/or allspice).

When the water boils again after adding the chicken, set aside for 20-25 minutes. Remove the boiled chicken from the pan, cool on a plate, cut into small cubes or tear into individual fibers with your hands.


Place the chicken pieces in a bowl, add mayonnaise and stir.

Mayonnaise in this salad can be replaced with a mixture of sour cream and mustard.


Remove boiled eggs from hot water and transfer to cold water. After cooling, peel off the shells and grate on a medium grater.


Season the eggs with mayonnaise, add salt and mix.


Peel the boiled carrots and wait until they cool to room temperature.


Then do the same manipulations as with the previous ingredients: put in a bowl, mix with mayonnaise.


Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Instead of hard cheese, you can put processed cheese in the salad. To make rubbing easier, place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze a clove of garlic into the cheese, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, and stir the cheese mixture thoroughly.


Peel the kiwi. Cut one fruit (it will be used in the salad) into small cubes, the second into thin slices (needed for decoration). Perhaps one kiwi will not be enough to decorate the top of the dish, so let 1 fruit be for safety net. To prepare the “Emerald Bracelet,” it is better to use slightly unripe, sour kiwis.


Form the salad into a bracelet shape. To do this you will need a flat dish and a glass. Place the glass in the center of the plate. Place the chicken around the glass as shown in the photo.


The next layer is eggs.


Sprinkle the egg layer with finely chopped kiwi.


Top with grated carrots.


The last layer is garlic-cheese mass.


Carefully remove the glass and trim the salad with your hands.

Boil or bake chicken meat. To make the meat more juicy and tasty, we throw it into the water only after boiling, and not immediately. This way it will retain all the taste and not give it away to the broth. We also set chicken eggs to boil, but to prevent the shell from cracking, you can add salt or vinegar to the water. These components that require heat treatment can be prepared in advance. Grind the carrots on a grater.


Pour cold water over the eggs to cool them down, then remove the shells and also grate them.


We also grate the cheese.


Cut the boiled chicken meat into pieces or tear it into fibers with your hands.


We form the salad on a large flat plate, in the center of which we place a glass or a special ring. Around this glass we lay out layers of salad in this order: boiled eggs, mayonnaise.


Then chicken fillet, mayonnaise.


Grated carrots and mayonnaise.


Cheese shavings, mayonnaise (a generous layer).


Place corn on top. Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and decorate the salad with it.


In order for the snack to be as tasty and rich as possible, it needs to soak in the refrigerator for some time.
