A separate plus is that the salad is not heavy, it will not lie like a stone in your stomach and will not even grow huge centimeters to your waist - of course, provided that you limit yourself to a standard portion and do not gobble up the entire bowl in one sitting yourself. In general, here’s a recipe for a salad with beef and prunes, and you decide for yourself what to do with it - I think you’ll figure it out!

    Every evening, the pounds I lost at the gym are patiently waiting for me in the refrigerator.


    I have already mentioned that I usually cook it for dinner, and therefore I never have the opportunity to photograph it in daylight so that you can trust the recipe and understand that it is not only tasty, but also beautiful. In general, I don’t have photographic evidence, so you’ll just have to believe: the salad is worth making. Try it, evaluate it and fall in love - for some reason I’m sure that you will become friends with it!

    Ingredients:

    200 g boiled beef;

    50 g hard cheese;

    30 g hazelnuts;

    50 g prunes;


    salt, mayonnaise to taste. The salad is layered, so it will look beautiful if you prepare it in a transparent bowl. If you have free time, you can make the salad into portions - collect it in small salad bowls or even serve it in the form of verrines. For us, as a rule, this is a regular “homemade” salad, so I don’t play around and do everything in common dish


    However, this same recipe can also be implemented as a holiday treat, then I recommend getting a little confused with the design and thinking about how to serve the salad with beef and prunes beautifully. So, the first layer is an apple. Peel the skin, grate it, squeeze out the juice a little and place it on the bottom of the salad bowl. We remember that the apple contains a lot of iron, which oxidizes quite quickly in air, so if you want not just a tasty salad, but also a presentable one, immediately after grating, mix the apple with a couple of spoons lemon juice


    Cover the apples with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Well, or not thin, if you like more sauce. Or medium, if you made it and want to show off to your husband how delicious it turned out.


    Grate eggs on top of the apple (or cut into cubes - depending on your mood). A little mayonnaise again.



    Cover with mayonnaise.


    And grate the cheese.


    All! A completely simple, “quick” salad that will take very little time to prepare.
