To prepare you will need:

flour – 250 g

butter – 100 g

eggs – 3 pcs.

granulated sugar – 90 g

sour cream (or thick fat yogurt) – 90 g

baking powder – 2 tsp.

Preparing banana pie in the oven:

You need to start with the oven, because the process of making banana cake is simple and quick. Turn on the oven and heat it to 190-200 degrees (depending on the type of oven). In the meantime, melt the butter until it looks like in the photo, i.e. not transparent.


Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well with the sugar. Any means are good here, as long as you get a more or less homogeneous mixture.

Knead the dough so that it becomes smooth, without grains or lumps, without hints of pieces of butter, etc. Chop the peeled banana into smaller pieces and add to the dough. (Keep the second banana, it will come in handy.)
