  4. Cook using the Baking program for about 45 minutes. But it’s better to sprinkle it 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

You can prepare this dish family style, in a large cast iron pan. Or maybe more interestingly, in portions clay pots. Although this serving is suitable for a close circle of guests, because for a feast for a hundred people you will have to buy out an entire store of tableware! But what a delight it is to display steaming pots in front of your friends, carefully wrapped on the sides with cotton napkins, and smelling so breathtakingly that they can outshine all other dishes on the table, even very expensive and refined ones.
