You can use any minced meat, this time I had regular pork, but for an easier option, you can take minced chicken or turkey.

To prepare a casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms, immediately prepare all the products on the list.

Wash the oyster mushroom, slightly squeeze out excess moisture and cut into cubes, you can also take any other mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, send onions and oyster mushrooms there, fry for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Separately fry the minced meat, breaking it with a spatula. In one bowl, mix minced meat and mushrooms with onions.
