In our family, boiled condensed milk is especially revered, so the choice fell, in fact, on Medovik with boiled condensed milk.

Ingredients:

For cakes:

  • sugar - 220 gr.
  • butter- 100 gr.
  • honey - 100 gr.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 500 gr. (± 50 gr.)

For cream:

  • butter, softened - 250 gr.
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can

Cooking:

  1. To prepare cake layers first we need to melt sugar, butter and honey in a steam bath until, stirring from time to time, until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork and add them to the bowl with melted butter and sugar. Stir and continue heating on a steam bath until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Then add soda and cook, stirring, for several minutes, until the mass stops foaming under the influence of soda.
  4. Remove the bowl from the heat and immediately add the sifted flour in small portions, stirring with a spoon.
  5. When the dough thickens, transfer it to the work surface and continue to add flour, kneading the dough with your hands. (The dough will be pretty tough but sticky)
  6. We form a sausage from the dough, wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (you can overnight).
  7. We heat the oven to 160-170º. We divide the dough into 8 equal parts and form a cake from each. We send the cakes to the refrigerator and leave one cake on the desktop.
  8. On a sheet of parchment, roll out the dough into a very thin layer, covering it with cling film. Using a plate, cut out a round cake with a diameter of about 26 cm, pierce it in several places with a fork and bake together with the trimmings until a light reddish tint (it is important not to overbake!) for about 5 minutes. While the cake is baking, roll out the next one and so on with all the cakes.
  9. For the cream, beat the butter at room temperature well until a fluffy mass forms. white color. Continuing to beat, we introduce 1 can of boiled condensed milk, adding 1 tbsp.
  10. We distribute the cream in equal amounts over the cooled cakes (leave a little cream for the sides of the cake). We coat all cakes and sides with cream.
  11. Grind the cake cuts in a blender and sprinkle the top and sides of the cake, press lightly with your hands and send the honey cake to soak in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Better at night.

If desired, cake trimmings can be mixed with a handful walnuts and decorate ours with them.

  1. Set the oven to heat up to 200°C. Combine butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan. Put on a small and fire.

  4. Divide the resulting dough with a knife into 8 parts, you will get the same number of cakes from them. Shape into 8 small balls of dough and cover with cling film.

  5. Dust the cutting board with flour and roll each bun with a rolling pin into a pancake, a little more than 24 cm in diameter. Pierce each cake with a fork over the entire plane.

  6. Transfer the cake to a greased vegetable oil parchment paper. Bake each cake for 2 minutes at 200°C. While baking one cake, cover the rest with foil so that they do not wind.
  7. As soon as you take the first cake out of the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes and cut out a circle with a diameter of 24 cm from the cake. For this, it is convenient to use a baking dish with this diameter. Remove the bottom of the mold, put the sides of the mold on the cake and extrude a circle.

  8. Thus, make 8 neat, identical, round cakes and stack them one on top of the other.

  9. Place any leftovers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes. They should tan to amber brown.
  10. Using a blender, grind the amber trimmings into crumbs.

  • flour - 600 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs;
  • sugar - 300 g;
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Soda - 5 g;
  • butter - 50 g.
  • condensed milk - 350 g;
  • fat sour cream - 250 g;
  • butter - 200 g.
  1. Turn on the oven so that it has time to heat up to the required temperature.
  2. Take the butter out of the fridge first to make it soft.
  3. Put the butter in a container, add sugar and honey there and put on water bath. Stir this mixture until the sugar dissolves and the mass becomes homogeneous. Then add soda to it. We continue to keep this mixture in a water bath until its volume increases. After that, remove it from the fire.
  4. Now add the eggs one at a time to this container while thoroughly mixing the contents.
  5. After that, gradually pour the flour and mix. Before adding flour, it must be sifted.
  6. We divide the finished baking into parts - as many as there will be cakes. We roll out each cake on a surface sprinkled with flour and put it in turn on a baking sheet greased with butter. Bake each cake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 4-6 minutes.
  7. In preparation sour cream everything is simple. Condensed milk together with soft butter must be beaten with a mixer. Then add sour cream and beat again.

  • flour - 1 cup;
  • eggs - 1 pc;
  • sugar ½ cup;
  • honey - 50 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • vinegar - 1 tsp;
  • soda - 1 tsp
  1. Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly in a deep bowl. Then add soft butter, honey and soda slaked with vinegar. We put the container in a water bath and stir until smooth.
  2. After that, we begin to add the sifted flour. After the dough is kneaded, it should be divided into several equal parts (about 6-7).
  3. When the dough has cooled, it must be rolled out thinly to the desired shape and put on a baking sheet, previously covered with baking paper. Each cake must be baked in the oven at a temperature of 200 C for 10 minutes.
  4. In a new container we put cream, sour cream, honey and boiled condensed milk. All this is well beaten with a mixer. We shift some of the cream into another bowl and add gelatin there (it should first be combined with a small amount of water) and mix the resulting mass.
  5. After the cakes have cooled, grease them with cream and put one on one. We also cover the sides with cream. Lubricate the top of the honey cake with cream with gelatin, and then put a film with bubbles on top and press it.
  6. We send the cake to the refrigerator for half an hour, then remove the film and leave the honey cake to soak for another 6 hours.
